Should a product fail to meet our high standards, we provide clear warranty conditions so that you know exactly where you stand. Detailed information regarding warranties and claims can be found in our general terms and conditions.

Our Warranty Promise

You receive a 10-year warranty on all scaffold products purchased from Custers. If something goes wrong within this period due to a material or construction defect, we will arrange for the free repair or replacement of the defective parts, provided that:

• The product has been used correctly

• There are only normal signs of use

• The product has not been repaired by unauthorized parties

• You can present the original proof of purchase

Please note: Wear and tear due to usage and consumables are not covered by the warranty. We will cover the full shipping costs for returning the item as well as sending back the repaired product.
