Maintenance
When using your aerial work platforms, you don't want to be surprised by malfunctions. Many malfunctions can be prevented by preventive maintenance. During a service, we check the entire condition of the machine and repair or replace defective or worn parts. Safety systems are also checked to ensure safe use.
Repairs
In some cases, inspections and maintenance lead to repairs. These repairs are necessary to ensure that the aerial work platform can be used safely again and to prevent downtime and costs in the future. In the event of a defect in your aerial work platform, we will make a proposal based on an analysis to repair it as quickly as possible. We will assess whether it is cost-effective to carry out a repair. There is also the option of transferring your old aerial work platform to a new vehicle.
Inspections
Inspection
Custers® is the ideal service partner for carrying out the annual inspection of your aerial work platforms. During the inspection, a great deal of attention is paid to the functioning of the safety systems and the stability of the aerial work platform. Our inspections are carried out under AMTeK supervision. Our inspectors are trained and assessed annually by Aboma.
Inspection procedure
After carrying out an inspection, you will receive a comprehensive digital inspection report with our findings. If the inspection is completed successfully, we will affix an AMTeK inspection sticker and you will receive an inspection certificate proving that the aerial work platform complies with the legal requirements. Any defects found can be remedied immediately during the inspection or at a later date.

Malfunction
Is your aerial work platform malfunctioning, preventing you from carrying out your work? Please contact us. We can often perform an initial analysis over the phone, or even resolve the malfunction. If necessary, we will send an experienced technician to your location to resolve the malfunction. Alternatively, you can bring your aerial work platform to our workshop in Venray. Preventing recurrence
Downtime due to a malfunction must be kept to a minimum. Our primary goal is therefore to get your aerial work platform back into safe operation as quickly as possible. In addition, it is of course very important to prevent a similar malfunction in the future. If the malfunction has been resolved but the underlying cause has not yet been eliminated, we will always make a proposal to repair it.
