1. High-grade aluminum alloy (44% stronger)
Our mobile scaffolds are manufactured from tube extruded specifically for Custers, with a yield strength of 230 N/mm². For comparison: standard aluminum on the market only has 160 N/mm². This means more strength, greater safety, and a longer service life.
2. TÜV and RISE certified
Custers mobile scaffolds are certified by TÜV (Germany) and RISE (Norway) – two of the most respected inspection bodies in Europe. This assures you that our products comply with the highest technical standards.
3. Thick-walled tube (dent-resistant)
We use tubes with a wall thickness of 2.2mm, which is thicker than what most competitors use. This makes our scaffolds extra robust and resistant to dents.
4. Thick cast end ring (dent-resistant)
Every guardrail frame or railing is equipped with a thick cast end ring, welded to the bottom side. This prevents deformation and ensures that components continue to fit perfectly even after years of intensive use.
5. Braces with welded claws
Our braces have welded claws instead of clamp connections. This prevents play (slop) and extends the service life of the component, even under heavy use.
