Quality & Environmental Policy 2025
Custers' quality policy aims to deliver products and services that meet customer expectations and comply with applicable laws and regulations. All this is done in accordance with our four core values: Reliability, Innovation, Quality, and Environment.
To achieve this objective, Custers Hydraulica BV has integrated a quality and environmental management system into the organization that complies with the following standards:

Reliability
Custers depends on its customers. Satisfied customers are of primary importance to the success of the organization.
Through its quality management system, the organization ensures that customer requirements are identified and met.
By measuring customer satisfaction, it monitors whether requirements are being met and whether customer satisfaction is being further increased.
Risks and opportunities that may affect the organization's overall performance are identified and addressed.
Innovation
Custers acquires and processes a wide range of assignments and products.
Many of these products are developed in close consultation with the customer.
This requires a high degree of flexibility, which goes hand in hand with a clear division of tasks, responsibilities, and authorities. This applies both within the organization and in the execution of the various assignments.
In addition, it is ensured that employees have the necessary knowledge, data, and resources to perform their tasks.
Quality
Process owners are responsible for managing and improving the most important business processes. All employees are involved in the pursuit of quality improvement. They are motivated to bring about improvements in products, processes, and methods, with customer-focused thinking being paramount.
Once a year, a plan is drawn up in which the quality objectives to be achieved (including improvement objectives) are formulated in measurable terms. From this, objectives are derived for all relevant functions and levels within the organization.
The policy on outsourcing and suppliers is aimed at creating an optimal situation in the supply chain. Outsourcers and suppliers must continuously meet the requirements with regard to quality, delivery time, costs, and service.
Environment
Custers will strive to integrate environmental management requirements into its business processes and will make all resources available that are necessary to achieve environmental management.
Custers will ensure that the environmental management system achieves the intended results and will communicate the importance and effectiveness of the environmental management system.
Custers therefore attaches great importance to environmental protection, the conservation of natural resources, the prevention of pollution, and the continuous improvement of its environmental performance.
