Solar Lift
This interesting addition to your mobile scaffold makes installing solar panels a lot safer! The Custers Solarlift is a sophisticated, easy-to-assemble lift system. The guide rail elements are simply stacked on top of each other and each attached to a rung with a single coupling. A handy feature is the ability to fold the lifting frame flat, making transport of the parts particularly easy. The lifting frame is also easily adjustable so that various sizes of panels can be safely placed in the holder.
The panels are transported inside the mobile scaffold tower, where they can be ergonomically removed from and placed in the holder thanks to a smart locking mechanism. As a result, the panel is loaded on the street side and unloaded on the platform on the facade side. Lifting is done with a sturdy rope, which automatically activates a brake when released. The choice of a rope is simple: once in motion, the lift goes up at lightning speed!
The optional solar platform with its special hatch provides a safe working platform. The advantage is that the panels can be handled in an ergonomically friendly manner because they do not have to be lifted over a hip rail.
This system can be mounted on your Custers mobile scaffolding up to a platform height of 12 m and consists of guide rail elements measuring 1 and 2 meters in length. In addition to a lifting frame for panels, it is also possible to mount a lifting basket for roofing rolls, for example.
