We therefore offer a 10-year factory warranty* against material and construction defects on our aluminum mobile scaffolds. The factory warranty on Custers aerial work platforms is 1 year and only relates to the aerial work platform, not the carrying vehicle.

In addition, we also offer a complete Service & Repair solution for all your aerial work platforms, scaffolds, and custom products. Our experienced team ensures that your equipment always remains in top condition, so you can continue to work safely and efficiently.

* Coverage is, naturally, only valid with normal use as described in our manual. Damage caused by incorrect assembly, by wear and tear, by overloading, and/or by improper or incorrect use (e.g., assembly and/or use not according to the guidelines in the manual) is excluded from the warranty. In the event of repair of a scaffold/aerial work platform by unauthorized persons not recognized by Custers, all warranties become void.
